Setup Robot Software Limits by Using PUTTY Connection

Connect to the robot to the mcf prompt (telnet) #

Setup the _FL and _RL registers for all axes #

  • Example for AT300W - Clear all limits
    • Select all lines from the code block below
    • Right-click and “Copy to Clipboard”

  • Paste to the the robot terminal window
    • Right-click over the PuTTY window

  • Save the parameters and restart the robot
    • issue the SAVEP command
    • issue the .RES command to Reset the Robot CPU

Create backup from the robot, zip it and send it to support@he-five.com with :

  • Robot Serial Number
  • Date of backup
  • Before and after your diagnostics/repairs
  • Brief Description of what is performed
  • IF there Issue # assigned
